Refund policy

All products on luggit.in are sold with 7 day no questions asked return policy for a limited time.

To start a return of a product, you can visit My Orders section on our website and start a self serve return process. We will arrange for a return pickup and refund you to your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the product. Luggit reserves the right to reject returns for used, damaged products, products with missing tags, accessories.

Warranty

All products on luggit.in carry a 3- year warranty on Trolley Bags  & 1-Years Warranty  on bags and backpacks for manufacturing defects only. You will be eligible for a free replacement during the warranty period in case of any manufacturing defects if Product not repair within 10-Days of receipt. A customer can send an email to service@luggit.in to initiate the warranty claim process. Upon inspection of the proofs provided for the defect, luggit will decide on the claim. Once the claim is approved we will initiate a return pickup of the product and send a replacement after the defective product reaches our warehouse. 

Discretion of approval of warranty claims lies with luggit.in

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
